How TURRIGEN handles research data

Sometimes the TURRIGEN app, or an email from us, asks you an optional research question. Answering is your choice every time, and skipping has no effect on anything else.

If you answer, here is exactly what we keep:

• your answer
• your protocol day
• your start month
• a coded ID that is not your name, email address or customer record

We never store your name, email address, or anything from your purchase history alongside research answers. Research answers live in a separate research database, apart from our store and email systems, and only TURRIGEN's research team can read them.

Research answers are never used to market to you or anyone else, never used to sort customers into groups for marketing, and never sold or shared.

In the app, we show your own answers back to you so you can see your own record. Nobody else's answers are ever shown to you, and yours are never shown to anyone else. In aggregate, research answers help us understand how the ninety-day protocol is experienced and design future formal studies.

To have your research answers deleted, use Delete my data in the app, which removes them along with everything else, or email care@turrigen.com from the address on your order.
