Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free on every order.
Orders placed by 2 pm Mountain time on a business day ship the same day; otherwise they ship the next business day. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days by USPS Priority Mail. You will get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Subscription shipments are sent so that the next bottle arrives before the current one runs out, about a week ahead. You will get a reminder email before each shipment.
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
If a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, wait one business day, check with neighbors and your building, then write to and we will sort it out.
Confirm the 2 pm cutoff and the 3-to-5-day estimate against Stord's actual cutoff and service level before launch; both are the lifecycle plan's assumptions rather than a fulfillment contract.
